Calls multiple times per day and when i answer hangs up! is calling my cell phone!

THIS CALLER CALLS AND WHEN I DON'T ANSWER IT STAYS ON THE LINE AND I HEAR A BUSY SIGNAL. THEY HAVE CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES. JUST WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHO IT IS.

It is phishing for information - it said, in a female robotic voice that it was VISA security, and that my debit card had been deactivated. I don't have a VISA debit card. Tried calling the # back, it was all dead air.

says there is a serious legal matter and i need to or my attorney call in within seconds of receiving this call. this is a time sensitive matter and then lists his number. had this call before, many times. it stops for a couple of months then continues.

they have been calling me for several months. I don't pick up numbers I don't recognise. I called them back once because they left a message asking for a man, "Saying that there is some legal issues." They have the wrong number and were very difficult and rude when I called them back. They kept putting me on the phone to different people. I'd like them to stop calling me!

Don't put up with any crap from them. They are running an international fraud, identity theft and extortion ring. Here's what you do: call them back at that number - OVER and over again! Block your number, then call them up and curse them out, insult their ancestors, mothers, and do anything else that will get under their skin. And then rinse and repeat.....and repeat........and repeat........and show no mercy. I had one of them practically crying for me to stop calling, but did I stop? No way! And I won't stop until they stop harassing me and my fellow citizens, and not one moment before. Not only will you feel better, but think: if they are getting thousands of calls like that daily, think of how it would affect their little criminal enterprise. Now, my brothers and sisters, into battle against the babblers!

Scammer! Tells you that you're going to be arrested at your job or home for serious charges if you don't pay them a certain amount of money and they also want your debit card numbers, front, bag and pin. If you refuse he becomes abusive and threatening and will continually call and harass you. They know all your private info and even some of your families info. If they call, make a report to the police and notify your bank so they can block your account. They drained my daughter's account even though she'd not given them any information.
